Dry brushing or body brushing is known to help exfoliate skin and stimulate the lymphatic system.


What is dry brushing?

It is using a course dry brush on the skin which exfoliates and stimulates blood flow, generally done before a shower or bath.


How to dry brush

Using a natural bristle brush rubbing or brushing in a circular motion. Some suggest towards the direction of the heart.


Who shouldn’t dry brush ?

If your skin is easily irritated or have pre-existing skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
